At Sculptore, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically received

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including international shipping fees)

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact and sealed for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned


Return Process

  • Submit your return request by emailing info@sculptore.co within 60 days of receiving your order

  • After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier

  • Ship the product back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace)


Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval

  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments; please always use a trackable shipping method

  • If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the shipment is considered received

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
