Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including international shipping fees)

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

All original packaging must be intact and sealed for hygiene and safety reasons

Due to the nature of skincare products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned

Submit your return request by emailing info@sculptore.co within 60 days of receiving your order

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier

Ship the product back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace)
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval

The amount will be returned via the original payment method

If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the shipment is considered received
